Welcome to Validify, an AI-driven service designed to validate startup ideas with efficiency and precision. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Validify's startup validation service, provided by Validify ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing and using our service, you ("you" or "user") agree to be bound by these Terms. Please review them carefully. If you do not agree, do not proceed with payment or use of the service. 1. Service Description

Validify provides a one-time service to test the viability of your startup idea. Upon payment, you will:

• Receive an email with a link to a form requiring details about your idea, business model, and team/traction.
• Benefit from AI-generated no-code landing pages, automated ad campaigns (via Meta/Google integrations), and demand analytics (e.g., clicks, sign-ups, payment intent).
• Receive a data-driven report within 7 days, offering a "Pivot" or "Proceed" recommendation based on the results.

The service aims to provide insights, not guarantees of success. The quality and timeliness of results depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information you submit.

2. Payment and No-Refund Policy

Payment: The service fee is payable upfront via Stripe. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds and accurate payment details at the time of purchase.

No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the report, changes in your circumstances, or failure to complete the form. Once payment is processed, the service is considered initiated, and our resources are allocated to deliver your validation results. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

3. User Responsibilities

To use Validify, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in the form, submitted within 24 hours of receiving the link, to enable effective validation.
• Ensure your idea and submitted content comply with applicable laws and do not infringe on third-party rights (e.g., intellectual property, privacy).
• Use the service for lawful purposes only, avoiding fraudulent or misleading submissions.
• Accept that incomplete or delayed form submissions may affect the quality or delivery of your report.

4. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the information you provide (e.g., idea details, business model). By submitting it, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use it solely for delivering the service (e.g., creating landing pages, running ads).

Our Content: The Validify platform, AI technology, landing page templates, and reports are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify them without our prior written consent.

5. Limitations of Service

No Guarantees: Validify offers data-driven insights, not assurances of market success, profitability, or investor interest. Results are based on limited testing and may not predict long-term outcomes.

Third-Party Reliance: We utilize Meta, Google, and other providers for ad campaigns and hosting. We are not responsible for their downtime, errors, or policy changes impacting your results.

Scope: The service is a one-time validation process; ongoing support or additional iterations are not included unless separately agreed upon.

6. Liability and Disclaimers

As-Is Basis: Validify is provided "as is" without warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Validify, its affiliates, and personnel are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, business interruption) arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, or damages resulting from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Validify if you violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in unlawful activity. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington, D.C., United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Washington, D.C., and you consent to their jurisdiction.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms as our service evolves or legal requirements change. Updates will be posted at validify.business/terms-of-service, and continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated to active users via email where practicable.
